Public listings are available without an account. Search terms and filters can appear in page URLs and browser history. Avoid entering private information in a public search.

CV advisor

Starting an analysis sends your CV and chosen preferences to our server and an external analysis service. Remove information you do not want processed before submitting.

Analysis requires a verified account. To enforce usage limits, we record your account identifier, request times and reported token counts, not your CV or advice. Records older than 31 days are removed when the advisor next admits a request; infrastructure backups may retain them longer.

Saving a CV or starting an admitted analysis stores your original PDF or pasted text privately in your account. Each account keeps one CV, up to 2 MB; saving another replaces the previous file. Saving alone does not send the CV for analysis. The saved file remains until you replace or delete it, including if an analysis fails.

An unsaved draft stays in page memory while you navigate within the site. The returned profile and recommendations are stored in your browser tab when browser storage is available; they are not added to your account. Signing out or changing accounts clears the in-memory draft and current tab results.

This describes the application's storage behavior, not a guarantee of zero retention by hosting or processing services. Browser session recovery may restore tab data.

Account and application documents

Signing in gives us your verified email and available profile details, such as your name and profile photo. We store the profile fields you save, notification preferences, applications, checklists, notes, researcher shortlists and saved searches.

Documents explicitly saved in an application workspace are stored with their version history and are restricted to your account through authenticated access. They are separate from the CV advisor and are not automatically sent for analysis.

Deadline reminders use your account's verified email and require opt-in. Email delivery involves an external delivery service. Researcher outreach is not sent automatically.

Browser storage

Authentication uses session cookies. Your citizenship preference and selected program IDs for comparison can remain in local browser storage. Advisor results use tab-scoped storage. Clearing site data removes browser-held information and may sign you out; it does not delete information saved in your account.

Visit metrics and external services

Public-page visit metrics exclude search terms, filter values and individual program identifiers. Application workspaces, authentication pages and advisor results are excluded from these metrics.

Researcher searches are sent to public research directories. School logos and account photos may load from external hosts. Opening a source link takes you to another site with its own privacy practices. These requests can expose standard connection information, such as your IP address, to those services.

Managing saved information

You can reuse, download, replace or delete your saved CV in the CV advisor. Deleting it removes the active saved file, not a downloaded copy, a draft already in the form or results already returned. Infrastructure backups and external processing have separate retention.

You can edit your profile and remove saved applications or documents in My applications. Removing an application also removes its associated document history from the active application database. This does not promise immediate removal from infrastructure backups or logs.

Reminder preferences can be changed in your account, and each reminder includes an unsubscribe link. Account-wide deletion is not currently available as a self-service action.
